At CasaBella Furniture, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer concierge team via email or our online portal with your order number and photos of the item in its current condition.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Repackage the item in its original protective wrapping; for large furniture pieces, our specialized logistics team will schedule a convenient white-glove pickup time.

• 3.
  Inspection Process

  Once the item arrives back at our warehouse, our quality control specialists will inspect it to ensure it meets our resale standards and is free of new damage.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
